A keynote address is a challenge for any speaker, but this one is especially-- provide a history of the watershed movement in Pennsylvania-- in 30 minutes or less, preferably less.
I decided to take a more traditional approach-- "In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth," from there things got a little... messed up.
