House Committee Adds Bill Ending Ethanol Fuel Blending Requirement For June 29

The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee just scheduled a meeting for June 29 to consider Senate Bill 307 (Yudichak-D-Luzerne) providing for an independent counsel for the Environmental Quality Board (Senate Fiscal Note and summary), Senate Bill 875 (Bartolotta-R-Fayette) providing for the reuse of treated mine water for fracking gas wells (sponsor summary) and House Bill 471 (Marshall-R-Beaver) amending the Biofuel Development and In-State Production Incentive Act (Act 78 of 2008) to remove ethanol blending requirements (sponsor summary)
The meeting will be in Room G-50 of the Irvis Building starting at 11:00.
